Fairbankslist is a free local classifieds board. By using it you agree to these terms.

Fairbankslist is a venue, not a party to sales

We don't own, inspect, or guarantee anything listed. Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other and are responsible for their own transactions, including payment, delivery, and complying with the law.

Your responsibilities

• Post only items you have the right to sell, described honestly, in the right category.
• Don't post anything on the prohibited items list.
• No spam, duplicate listings, scams, harassment, or discriminatory content.
• Don't use the contact relay to send unsolicited advertising.
• You must be at least 18 to post.

Content you post

You keep ownership of your listings and photos. You give Fairbankslist permission to display, store, and promote them on the site while they are posted. We may edit, hide, or remove any listing and suspend any account at our discretion.

Paid features

Optional paid features such as featured listings are non-refundable once applied, except where required by law or if we remove your listing in error.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fairbankslist is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings with other users.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at legal@fairbankslist.com with the details required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.
